Bought Canon Digital Camera Powershot A1100 IS

I was looking for a simple point and shoot camera for casual family use. After some research on the net and availability in local market I purchased Canon Powershot A1100 IS.
Havent tried all the functions yet but it seems that it does have all the features expected out of a good camera and photos are also of good quality. Its 12 MP with 4X optical zoom and no of scene modes including face detection. You also get some manual override. Pictures are attached :

Took some pics but I feel there is a need to change settings like from "evaluative metering" to
"spot" etc for macro shooting. Let me go through the manual in detail and I will try and post few more macro shots. Sorry for wrong date setting.

but people says canon ke colors are brighter, so please thori help chayay

      Canon is worth of money in Camers. No doubt, Canon is Best in Cameras. I also have Canon Powershot 3S IS.  Simply loves its result. Never ever thought about changing it.. When U will compare the camera pics to any other camer, U will find the difference.

I'm a fan of Fuji's as they have better and more accurate color reproduction.

Nice choice but point and shoot class should b in smart class like Sony T series as it becomes a bit bulky.

Just moved around my home and took some pics. In few shots the flash did not fire in auto mode inspite of low light, I dont know why. Are they good quality pics. do comment.

Nice choice but point and shoot class should b in smart class like Sony T series as it becomes a bit bulky.

T series cams are simply amazing with outstanding results, flash might be on a weaker side on these cams but performance of carl zeiss lense is phenominal.
