Bike transporting via PAK RAILWAY

I am planning a trip from khi to khunjrab pass on my ybr125g. Bought all the necessary supplies and pucture kits etc. Now the only thing i am confused about is how to take bike with me on train ? The bike is on my father’s name will i require NOC ?? How much time before i had to take my bike railway station ? What is the complete procedure?? Please help

Bro best would be to directly visit Pak Rail office, and get all the necessary details from there. Telephonic conversation might not be helpful and effective.

My cousin booked his bike with railway cargo last week while he was going to khi with hus family.(he plans to come back on bike). But he has his bike on his own name.

I went to railway luggage office, they said its better you send your bike 3,4 days prior to your date of travel And then collect it from there when you reached. All i need is NOC from aclc office, bike paper’s copy and nic.

to carry a bike as accompanied luggage you need to drop it at cargo office with copies of ownership paper & NOC FROM ACLC with your berth / seat booking copy 24 hours ahead of train departure.

after ramzan few friends have travelled to northeren area trip and successfully reached Rawalpindi with their motorbikes in the same train, after following the above procedure.
