Beware of Corrupt Mafia in Toyota Indus Motor Company in Booking and Delivery of Cars

It's my first Post on Pakwheels, I really appreciate that pakwheels has provided such a nice forum to discuss car related issues.My story starts with extremely bad experience with Toyota Indus. I always preferred Toyota Indus as a brand ,but the way they have caused me mental frustration ,I want to highlight this issue for public awareness as most people are unaware of the existence of this 'legitimate Mafia and same time I need some suggestions from respectable members to explore all possible options so that no one face this mishandling by the IMC in future.
we booked two cars (altis 1.6 ,Super White),One by me and other by my brother .Details are given below

Booking Date 23MAY
Payment of Balance 13 JUNE
Delivery Date ?????

Brother's Car

PBO No ****746
Booking Date 30 MAY
Payment of Balance 13 JUNE
Delivery Date 4 JULY

This clearly shows that the car booked later than me has been delivered earlier without revised invoice and FED.According to this rule by IMC, other 79 cars with Serial NO 667 to 746 OR All cars booked before 746 PBO NO should be treated in the same way,why they are being forced to pay extra?.Does it make any sense?i know exactly what they have done and to whom they have blessed.i am being punished to raise my voice,it's 19 JULY today but still my car is stuck there.
i have been trying from last two weeks to connect with the customer service by emails and telephonic conversations ,they have extremely pathetic customer service,they took one week on my frequent requests to give me complaint NO ,i am shocked to know the way they deal with the customers.Two weeks have gone but still my concern is unaddressed and my car status is unclear, it's extremely unfair and frustrating.I have been forced to launch campaign against this corrupt mafia.Now, i shall use Insha'Allah every forum to unmask their real face , its just beginning and my lawyer is also preparing to file the case.if someone has booked cars during the month of May and has faced unfair treatment by IMC can join me. If we don't take stand today,we will always be pissed off by this corrupt Mafia, .i have need of you guys support and suggestions.

Booked 1.6 altis on 30th may. Full payment on 21st june. No DD yet. Plus paid half of the new price increase also again.

It is amazing that how some people even on these forums, take the side of these looters. These assemblers, in collusion with successive government officials have looted billions of rupees from general Pakistani public in the name of own money by creating artificial shortage.

They claim protection for their industry in the name of jobs and savings in foreign exchange. But if any sane person if he does it right can easily calculate how these looters have wasted our billions by providing us obsolete technology vehicles and also caused our country losses in billions of dollars in foreign exchange in extra fuel import. They are still reluctant to provide many essential safety features and probably have caused thousands of innocent lives wasted.

Do launch a complaint on citizen portal against specific dealer , it seems working in present scenario . All the hope is not lost . Something might be done in ur favour .

citizen portal uptil now has not taken a single action against any dealer and don't expect it .each politician and govt . Is bought by these automobile makers .

Very unfortunate to know all this. You should go ahead with filing a legal case suit against them. You should fight against and teach them a lesson that every one is not same and some people have iron hand. Same happened with brother. He faced very bad experience from Toyta customer service. Instead they dont know what is customer service. They need training and they are damaging goodwill of worldrenowned brand of Toyata. I consider you should also approach to Toyata Japan so that they should also know what kind of person they appointed as their representative.

What is the update on your case? Did they deliver your car or matter is still lingering?

They did nothing,,,except removing from invoicing status on website ORDER IN PROCESS to NO RECORD FOUND after my first thread here,but again they restored it to previous status after one day.Strange?

these haramis will never be sorted out . If they can reverse the non filer restriction for buying cars .then they can reverse anything . No govt or politician will do anything about it .
