Can anyone please let me know about the best honda 3s Dealership in karachi to get the things done in a better way because so far m with honda defence but their workshop mechanics are nothng but a lame chotos they didnt know wht to do and they fix ur problem by applyn the hit and trial methood which eventually enhances the problem and m in complete mess jus because of their ill skilled workers.

I have heard good things about Honda Quaideen (3S), other than that I personally have no experience of 3S dealerships, except that i know for sure, that they charge like maniacs. A friend of mine had his 2002 civic maintained from a 3S, when one of the tail lights stopped working, he was charged Rs. 600 for a replacement bulb and holder, i dont know what was special in it. Also, i dont know what do they meant by the holder as the holder wasn't broken ?
P.S. i got my 2005 civic's tail light bulb for Rs. 30 and the electrician didn't charged me anything to fix it.
I personally prefer 2S dealerships because they usually are very similar to the normal mechanic shops, but the chaps there have better knowledge and tools to help them and hence they don't rip you off like the 3S people do.
I have some personal experience of Karachi 3S dealerships. But I own a Civic 95 which is not supported by the Honda dealerships so probably my comments are not valid.
Anyway, my experience with Honda Sharae Faisal was not very good. Front right suspension/steering was making a knocking sound. Honda mechanic checked and told me I would have to have the whole right side shock tower strut replaced along with all steering parts. Great solution! :-! Went to my mechanic and he replaced a short connecting rod from power steering rack to wheel hub and all was fine. Cost Rs 200 in 2008.
Car developed missing problem. Went to Honda SITE. They could not diagnose as my car was too old. So no comments about them either. Unless your car is an EFI model and preferably post-2000 Honda 3S can support it. Honda SITE seemed ok.
In my opinion Honda Peshawar Road in Rawalpindi gets my vote:D
Honda SITE people are good for me, Have heard alot of crap about shara-e-faisal and defence motors.
A friend visits Honda Drive in he is happy too.
thank you everyone for the valuable comments, this is the irony man i jus went to honda defence to remove a strange voice coming from the clutch slave cylainder which can easily be eased out by using wd-40 but these morons ditatched the clucth line from cylainder fo no good reason, as my car has jus done 4500km and its under warranty therefore i cant go to anyother mechanic,,, now jus because of them i feel that the clutch hyraulics has got some air in it as i feel that even after the complete release of clutch padel the clutch still remain enggaged because of the air in lines as the drive of my car is bit harder now... i even knw the solution that i jus have to bleed out the clutch line to get the air out but from where sigh
aaah ! probably chinyoti should be able to guide you better, he has dealt with the showroom guys recently ... you just just go to Honda and get it done ... dont try anything for yourself or they'll blame you that you did something due to which the warranty is void !
My Civic 2002 goes to Honda Drive-In for routine check-up's and stuff. I am pretty satisfied with their work.
Got timing belt and bearing replaced from honda south for 13000 rupees. Now i am having slight idle problems. Is it normal ? Should let the ecu adjust for a little while or take it back?
Car doesnt stall or anything the idle is just not as smooth as before. No CELS. I think i have the same amount of power on upper gears. I have heard a belt off a tooth can cause idle issues. Should i be worried or its just in my head?
Car is 2005 pros
Drive-in is best in the service as far as i experienced, not tried any one else. But no complains with drive in till now.
