You have liberty to choose among what they offer, but I will suggest don't force them. As warranty period is finished you are free to use whatever you deem suitable. I did this mistake in my Reborn Civic, I think that was second year of warranty and did my research and put one oil which I think was among the most expensive. My bad luck seals of engine leaked, and darama started and I had to pay 4 lac 30 thousand Rs for my own pocket in todays inflation it would be 10 lac. You can't imagine what efforts I did I went from Honda Japan to Ministry of Industry used my every link and reference but no sucess what so ever. They simply say we can't do as one oil is from outside. I don't want anything happens with you
