My son having age 3 years have problem of esotropia in eyes, doctors in Hyderabad are suggesting a squint surgery. Any one know a good eye surgeon in Hyderabad if not in Hyderabad then in Karachi?

Better to come to Karachi for surgery. See 2 3 doctors at least before deciding to go ahead with a surgery. One of the famous names are Dr Akhter in Akhter eye hospital Clifton and Gulshan e Iqbal. Dr Hashwani, his hospital is near the imam bargah on MA Jinnah road before bundoo khan when going towards saddar.
