Friends, which one is the best battery for 1000CC cars? i have been using OSAKA since last 2 years and now it has gone dead. it worked for 2 years without any problem but now it can not be charged as its cells are dead. it was 45 A battery.
I want to know which one should i go for my Alto ? AGS 43 ? Osaka 45? or any other.. ?????

I am using AGS GL-50 in my Khyber since 3 years without any problem.Its current price is Rs.3600 and if you give the old battery then Rs.3000.

No need of Installing the battery with bigger numbers . your car have got F10 engine and its maximum CCA requirement is around 220 amp. so do not decieved by fake numbers attached by the battery manufacturers in pakistan. Just Go for A.G.S (32amp/hr) sold as Gs-43 or some thing . It will cost you 2200 rs after adjusting your present battery.*
*Believe me always hunt for a battery with low amp in a particular size because the more plates they insert in the same size battery inturn reduce the spacing between the plates and so is the life.
*Do not go for any other thing except AGS as all are using recylcled lead.

One more thing when you go to buy your battery just asks about its CCA ratings from the shop keeper and i promise you will love his expressions.*

are you *sure it is 60Amp/hr ...dear The Cheat manufacturers in Pakistan are selling their products with fake Numbers and do not mention the capacity on that . the one you are quoting is 44amp/hr . if you want to recheck open hood of any new indus manufactured corolla and you will know the exact ratings on that battery.

used exide 50a in ma khyber .. never gave any problem in almost 3 years...
actually non-dry battery require frequently maintenance .. if you maintain it properly then its good for you as well as your pocket

Go for Exide NS50ZL or AGS GL-50 it is the best suitable battery, Initial charging is very important for battery life so whatever u buy get it charged for about 5 to 6 hours
