Best bank for international transaction in dollars in Pakistan? Iam being charged 7.5% by ubl

Hello guys. I use my ubl debit card for international transactions. They charge 4.5 % of current rate of dollar plus 3% because iam a non filer. So it's 7.5%.please tell me a good bank from where I can do international transactions at low cost and best bank for Int transactions. Kindly mention their fee structure in comments.

SCB doesn't charges anything when I buy on AE, Godaddy, etc. Are international transactions any different?

Brother become filer. else if, as per policies, all banks will charge this 3% tax, as it goes in Govt.'s treasury and not the bank.

Look for Asakri Bank and especially, Meezan Bank's card too.

Meezan Bank may be overall best, when compared to UBL and Askari, but confirm first.

I've been using Meezan since past 2 years or so and they charge about 4%, which is quite reasonable.

Bought a 7,500 rupee GPU from AE some time ago and they charged about ~270 rupees, if I recall correctly.

Ok guys. But 3% is federal tax introduced by pti. But 4.5% bank charges by ubl is too much. Any bank that offers 2 % or none at all. I have heard credit card users of alfalah are charged no bank charges.

In number terms, HBL credit card is by far the biggest card in Pakistan. You can contact them as they most likely will have lowest charges as they normally provide the biggest discounts on credit card shopping.
