Appropriate coolant for Lancer 2007 in Pakistan?

Hi,

I am aware that similar questions had been thrown around this forum a lot, so please stay with me a little longer.

1. As per the Lancer manual the coolant/anti-freeze must be of high-quality ETHYLENE GLYCOL base.
2. Use “DIA QUEEN SUPER LONG LIFE COOLANT PREMIUM” or equivalent*.
   and that (*) means:
   Similar high-quality ethylene-glycol-based non-silicate, nonamine, non-nitrate, and non-borate coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology.

Out of all this I understand ETHYLENE GLYCOL only (pardon my ignorance) and went for Toyota Long Life coolant after the initial search only to found out later that:
1. Most of the Lancer owners are using GREEN coolant that is kind of linked to the class of IAC coolants.
2. Toyota coolant is OAC, it's fine for Toyota's because its cylinder block is Aluminum, unlike Lancer that is Cast-Iron as per this.
3. OAC coolants are damaging to cast-iron engines so I am a bit worried that how much damage has already been done.
4. In the Pakistan market (where I will not be able to find genuine Mitsubishi products or a brand like Prestone), what are my options? Should I go for ZIC? Or using the current coolant will not do any harm?

I am using Liqui Moly KFS 12+ coolant in 30% mixing ratio with distilled water. There are two LM coolants in Pakistan:

1. KFS 11: https://products.liqui-moly.com/radiator-antifreeze-kfs-11-4.html
2. KFS 12+: https://products.liqui-moly.com/radiator-antifreeze-kfs-12-4.html

As per the description, both coolants are safe for cast iron and aluminum engines. KFS 11 is amine, nitrite and phosphate free whereas KFS 12+ is amine, nitrite, phosphate, borate and silicate free. Both coolants are ethylene glycol and do not contain any form of alcohol which complies with the owner's manual guidelines.

EDIT (point added): KFS 11 does not show a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries approval/compliance but KFS 12+ does show. That was another factor in my decision.

Liqui Moly has quite a few exclusive authorized dealers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad (don't know about other cities). They keep LM stock only so you can be assured they have authentic products available.

Interesting point to note that the owner's manual is silent on OAT and HOAT coolants. So if LM says that its OAT coolant is safe for cast iron and aluminum engines, and the coolant complies with all other stated parameters in the owner's manual then I believe it is safe to use.
