Finding new will be impossible
You can either find them kabli or check if Vitz Z-Link have the same length and dimensions. Since Vitz is common you may be able to find new (Chinese).
You can also go to spare parts shops and and compare whatever is available to match. You never know know which cars z-link will be the same as Passo but for that you will need to remove them first
