Best option is take bus from lht to isl by daewoo.
From there u take riksaw or taxi and to go faizabad bus adda (some people say its skyways adda). From there u can take skyways bus to mazafarabad. They have coasters service for muzafarabad.
If I am not wrong so there 1st bus leave at 6am ot 630 am.
I am talking about summer, now its winter and sunrise late so chk the timmings again before travelling.
Approx travel time 3.5-4hrs

Its logical that fron lhr to isl 95% bus isb the mode of tpt. And from isl/rawalpindi to mzd 95% coster or hiace is mode of tpt.
I think u should try asking skyways if they have service from lhr to isl so in that casen u can save time of traveling from daewoo to skyways in isl.m
Well, according to my observations, none of the traveller service from Lhr has direct service to Muzzaffarabad, from Isl, they are plenty
Take any bus from Lahore to Mansehra , here you can find hiace to Muzaffarabad from early morning to maghrib time
I think there is one bus service which runs from Badami Bagh Bus Stand but it used to be non-AC as far as I remember and that used to take route of Garhi Habib Ullah We once traveled on it from Mansehra to Lahore in old days around 2005 its name is like Siri Nagar Express.
Awais bhai totally disagree with ur suggestion. Because mansehra is other side. See map u can easily understand
And if u have to change the bus so its better to change at isl then mansehra.

I know 1 bus that operates between Lahore- M.Abad... it starts from Lahore around 11pm from Badami Bagh... have traveled once in it but don't have contact # 
fare would be around 800 i think, and travel time would also be 8-10 hours..
