The rims of my car has scartches on it, and i want to get them painted. i have never done this jod before. So i really have no idea how much to pay for it.
The color of rims is silver, and i want silver color painted on them. Will i have to go to painter or some wheels shop?
How much should i pay for the job.

you can easily sand them and paint them yourself too, its very easy, hundreds of tutorials are available on youtube
I onced painted my bumper. And it got ruined afterwards. I want perfection. Estimated cost for getting the job profesionlly done?

What i suspect is that after painting the surface, you didn't secured it with Lacquer afterwards.
Whenever i paint any surface , i then spray lacquer (clear coat) on it

In lahore there's a market near station. On the opposite side of that market there's rims repairing shop. i remember my friend got his rims baked painted a year ago for cheap. 2k i think
