Hi Adnan, I am not a business management guy but in general all I can say is that,
It depends on your goals, I would personally think that going from bba to mba straight on is not a good idea. You probably need to identify your expertise and your deficiencies first and that you can best do it when you put your learning to test, i.e put yourself in a job and see how you feel about it ... after some time your ambiguous goals will begin to reveal, and you will have a clarity of "WHAT TO DO NEXT"
I did two masters after my bachelors , the first one I did immediately after bachelors while the second one after an experience of 2.5 years. I now realise that my first masters which was done without realising my powers or weaknesses did not benefit me as much as my second one did, because during my work I could practically see where I lacked and where I excelled,, hence when I started my second masters, I worked upon my weaknesses while relying on my strengths.
So to conclude I would say, knowing your your powers and weaknesses can be best known when you put yourself to test after your bba i.e join some company, after some times you will know yourself as to what is best for you ahead
