Ac doesnt chills during daytime .. only chills during morning and nights

It is believed that non of the local mechanics have ever tried to botch your car AC.

No major work done. Last year AC pressure valve plug leaked. It was replaced with a kabuli. gas was refilled.

however you need to measure exactly the pressures in relation with ambient temperature conditions

I am thinking to go at universal car AC in G8. I have heard good reputation about Abu Bakar on pakwheels thread. I don't have measuring equipment myself and Ustads usually don't listen to what customer is saying. They just check using their own terminology and give a quote.

Changing system parts is highly inadvisable, before doing anything major it is suggested that to clean the condenser unit thoroughly (externally)

My car is regularly serviced at Techno Wash station near DHA2 islamabad. I will ask them to pressure wash the condensers. As far as i can tell, they are usually clean. I am a layman in terms of cars and engines.

Any idea where i can get this KLEA gas can's in islamabad/pindi. Is it possible to buy the cans and get them filled using the AC technicians.

I dont think so any ac tech will favour u to fill gas from ur own cans. But u can try atleast

If you are still at the shop, tell him to please connect the high side line as well, this only tells half the story.
Your low side reading is ~31psi @100°F (todays temp in Isb @4pm), this is slightly low (you should keep the windows rolled down and blower at maximum to have maximum heat load on the system, while the RPM should be kept at 1500.

By only checking the low side it's almost impossible to tell if the refrigerant charge is proper or not..

Proper way to check / charge refrigerant would be hook up both gauges. Turn the AC on with blower at full speed open the door's OR open the fresh air vent and give the system some 2-3 minutes to stabilize.
Then check the pressure readings according to ambient temperature and humidity on both high and low side's during this whole process keep the RPM at about 1500 and also verify the pressures by increasing the engine RPM to about 2000-2500 RPM and during this process try to keep a pedistal fan infront of the car and never spray water on condenser during this pressures checking process. You should get the condenser washed before doing all this if it's dirty.
Also reading the sight glass on the dryer will help to check if the refrigerant is full or not. Very minor fog/foamy stuff is normal at idle but upon revving up it should get clear.

The way you have got the pressure checked isn't any good.

Sadly cant recommand u any option as I m from isb. Per agar isb ana Hoon ajj Kal main to do visit universal car AC in G8 isb. They r quite good and honest.

@hassantahir2 I thought multiflow was not good, we should use single flow for better performance and rotary compressor instead of piston. Please correct if I am wrong.
