About fuel average on altis 1.6 2019

hey guys hope u all doing good..
I have altis 1.6 2019 almost 12k km driven nd im getting fuel average in city is 10kmpl nd on highway 12kmpl with smooth drive....
If anyone have altis 1.6 plz share ur fuel average nd is there any error or something that im not getting good fuel average from my car

On highway it is low but in city 10 is just fine i own a 1.6 2018 and it does 10/10.5 in city and 17 on motorway at 100-110

well i am geting 11-12 in city 14-15 on highway despite of doing every possible way of increasing average

Reset your fuel average, fill up your tank to full until the fuel gun auto stops,check air pressure in tyres 33psi, reset trip meter, drive on motorway, refuel again until gun auto stops, then divide kms on trip meter by litres of fuel refueled. and keep speed between 100/110. I get almost 17 using these things on khi/ hyd motorway. But direction of wind also matters as when travelling back to karachi from Hyderabad wind is in opposite direction hence avg decreases to almost 13/14

I get 10.5 in city. 14 on motorway (LHE - ISB) on my Altis 2016... all the time.
Tyre pressure 31 psi. Fuel: regular (not hi-octane)

I'm getting 11-12 kmpl max in city and around 15-16 kmpl on highway/motorway.
But it normally depends on your driving style, however, I think this is the best you can get from Altis 1.6 provided it has an old 4-speed SuperECT Automatic Transmission.

I have 1.6 2016, in city with ac and light foot I don't get above 10km/L. On highway I get max 14km/L

Had a altis in 2017, within city (Lahore) 9-11 with AC, on M2 max I manage was around 14 with soft foot, speed 120.

Isn't 33 psi a bit high? unless / until its mentioned in the manual, as well as on the placard attached with the Driver's side Pillar.

Which grade oil u r using. Mostly the average depends on oil.

Yes 33psi recommended by toyota and also stated on drivers side pillar sticker. In 1.6 and 1.8

Follow maintenance procedures as stated in manual. e.g if 40k + driven then check spark plugs throttle and fuel avg mainly depends on driving conditions. If roads are empty speed is maintained around 60km/h and idling is very less then you can acheive best fuel avg as per my understanding
