Hi All,

I have a 7th Gen Civic (2005 VTi Prosmatec). in which there's a problem that SOMETIMES when i start the car, the "D" Indicator starts blinking, and when i put it into D and drive, the car has very low power. It revs alot, makes alot of noise but runs very sluggishly with pathetic gear changes.

To sort this out, i usually just turn the car off and on a couple of times and this problem goes away and the car behaves as normal as it can be.

Anyone have an idea on to what this problem could be? Sticking Solenoid? Faulty Sensor? Tuning Issue?

Faced the same problem in the same car, honda isb couldnt figure out the problem and told me to take the car to lahore.
So had to send the car to lahore, God knows what they did but i was told the whole transmission wiring had to be changed. But the problem was finally solved after 2 months khawari.

Get the car ecu scanned for any errors. It will cost u between 1000-1500 in islamabad/pindi but will atleast tell u about the problem.
