Swapped this engine into my Corolla 98. Last year
Its very silent engine and gives excellent pickup on Petrol and CNG. 7AFE comes with very good torque at low RPM just like most diesel engine it completes its torque at 2800RPM.
Engine has 4 2 1 Headers. I changed water pump to a new one.
Used Caltex Coolant and good grade engine oil at a 4000KM Change interval.
BTW Some people might ask how quick is 7AFE so for just for fun's sake I managed to beat xli/New City/ Swift / Steermatic. (Swift gave me very tough time all other's were peace of cake)
Consumption on Petrol I tested on highway was 14.5 KMPL and Local 12 to 13 KMPL.
On CNG it gives 185 KM Local with 55 KG Cyl and with Pickup that can match all new car's.
The Engine comes with none cut wiring with original non cut fuse box plus so you wont have to get any wiring job its properly wired engine with all sensors/check engine light connected.
Few Important points.
Like all 7afe this one also had slight oil consumption issue. We opened it up to look and turns out everything was fine pistons had tight fit in cylinders ring were as good as new. Issue was oil rings were stuck and valve seals. Though old rings were fine we still replaced them with genuine rings and genuine head gasket and complete genuine seals replaced.

Reason for selling is i am goin for a Turbo Setup 4EFTE. I Can also give my around 1 Year old CNG kit with this engine. The kit is by BRC (Italy) and 55 KG Cylinder with advancer and emulator for 35000Rs.
