70cc modifications for long rides

I have a 70cc 2015 model.
I want to upgrade it for better performance on long ride with engine in very good condition. Overall condition is also good. I regularly drive at 60-65kmph within city and it gives a mileage around 45kmpl. It easily accelerates upto >80kmph. So i am hopeful that it would not create any troubles as far engine is concerned.
Any suggestions/recommendations ??
What I have in mind.
1. Replace tyres and install puncture free ones by crown.
2. Good quality engine oil.
3. Replace brake shoe (any suggestions for quality products).
4. Replace tyre spokes and insert thick one from cg125. I think would improve road grip).
5. Electrical maintenance (lights and indicators).
6. A good quality crash guard.
7. A softer seat (any suggestions where to get or modify the current one. )

Any suggestions of a mechanic in lahore. ?
I usually go to honda desire ferozpur road near shama metro station. They do a nice work although. But i would like to go to someone who does modifications.

2 yes use kixx 20/50 semi synthetic
3 yes use Honda genuine but make sure your brake hub/liner is in perfect roundness and within limits
4 you can for back wheel good if you can afford
5 use led bulbs in indicator and led headlight with their beem slightly lower to avoid troubling onlookers
6 yes use heavy gauge 2 bar safeguard
7 apply extra layer of cushion

For better performance withe alter engine or swap it and save money and engine. Alter engine are the only thing that spices you riding fun. They give the immediate power that is much needed in long run.

Swapping 70 engine is piece of cake anyone can do it at home withing few minutes. Hardly 7 bolts and entire engine out..
