Yes :), but the location of the plot is very crucial..........as bye laws vary from authority to authority. If you are interested I can get you an architectural plan made according to your requirements along with 3D elevations etc.

It's in Soan Gardens! 6' open at the front. I would appreciate if can get three four samples.

In 30* 60 2 rooms sizes are very good.. but if you go to three rooms... third room size is very small..I have visited many houses in soan garden... When they come up with the 3 rooms there house looks conjusted very much..

I made this myself for my 25x50 area plot, you can make changes according to your area of plot. By the way its tentative and can be improved. thanks
