Trying turbocharger requires a lot of things in 2c engine.... exhaust manifold, different diesel pump,a proper not abused turbo...changing internals like Pistons and connecting roads of 2c-t engine......even if u change these.....our mechanics cannot tune simple 2c according to manual let alone turbocharged.......if u r more into performance convert her to petrol or if u are diesel fanatic then change engine to 3c-t front wheel version...,.for a slight improvement in power economy of ur 2c....u can change diesel filter ,clean the tank if not cleaned coz diesel catch moisture easily,pour liquid moly diesel purge.....adjust pump according to manual from Cummins Pakistan like shop not from dezel labaratreee......check thermostat if removed install it..... Check cold start device if stuck 70% of 2c I have seen with lower performance have stuck csd.........then open the valve cover take out shims measure gap and install original shims not grinded ones..change timing belt....it is often neglected and starts stupid problems due to stretching......check engine mounts.... change gear oil if never changed previously....put original Toyota coolant and u have a good diesel Corolla which will not disappoint u.........
