“Soan valley” is located in the district Khushab. It is part of Salt Range mountains. It divides pothohar region from plains of Punjab and Desert of Thal. And while doing that it encompasses some of the unique features and cultures.
We were invited for the trip by “Soan Valley Tour” which is run by Ehsan.
Decision was to depart at 6 AM on the day of the most dense fog in the city. Motorway was closed so we took the local roads and passed from villages of Chakri, Bhagwal, Kot Chaudharian to reach Talagang. Which is famous for it’s peanuts. After which fog cleared and so did the landscape.
I loved the view of Chinji village which was built on the edge of cliff. Such unique landscape and not known to most of us.
