Kia/Hyundai assy lines have this as a common issue, the entire brake/wheel spindle is supplied intact but 99% of times the slide pins are dry as moen jo daro.
Here in usa the dealer fixes this on pdi. Pakistani customers actually sign to waive off the pdi because they want “panni pack gaari” and assume that if a tool in the workshop touches their new car it will not be new anymore.
This is why you see literally cellophane on piano finish, literal disgusting plastics on seats etc.
And in some import cases Ive seen cars being delivered whilst in shipping mode because customer asked car to come as is to their home, so its literally towed there.
