Not a problem for such low mileage. If you plan to keep the vehicle for long time, I would prefer to use high octane or use fuel mixing technique. Just check its maintenance history, vehicle’s exterior paint and take it for the drive to see if anything’s off.
Edit: make sure to check AC if it’s cooling properly. During test drive, ensure transmission is shifting properly, first 2 gears rarely jerks but it’s normal and it’s more apparent when the vehicle is cold.
