Attention Fellow Car Enthusiasts! Advice Needed
I recently purchased a brand-new 2023 model Elantra and I'm considering getting PPF (Paint Protection Film) for it. The catch is, PPF installation can be quite expensive, around 250,000 rupees.
Here's the twist: I don't plan to keep this car for the long term. My intention is to sell it after driving it for about 50,000 kilometers and switch to the new model.
So, I have a few questions for the automotive experts out there:
When I decide to sell it, will the PPF need to be removed, and will there be an inspection of the paint and body? Or is it possible to sell it with the PPF intact?
Are there any alternatives for short-term protection other than PPF? The cost of PPF for a short-term use of around 6-7 months seems relatively high.
In this situation, what would be the best way to protect my car - is PPF the way to go, or should I consider ceramic coating?
I'd greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or advice you can share. Thanks in advance!
