Note: To perform all actions listed below, the user must be logged into www.pakwheels.com.
Ad Posting
How do I post an ad ?
- Click on the Dealer Toolbox tab
- Click on "Sell a car"
- Fill up the form that opens and press Submit.
You can click on Dealer Toolbox again and see the ad you posted in the listings.
Note: Your ad initially will be pending approval from our administrators, which usually takes just a few hours. Once it is approved, it will be available in search results.
I sold my car. How do I close an Ad?
- Click on Dealer Toolbox tab (the page under “Ads” sub-tab will open)
- Find your car in the listings and click the "Close" link against it.
- Your car ad will be closed and will no longer be available for public users.
I made a mistake. How do I edit my Ad?
- Click on Dealer Toolbox tab (the page under “Ads” sub-tab will open)
- Find your car in the listings and click the “Edit” link against it.
- Make your corrections in the form and submit.
- Note: Your ad will be submitted to our administrators for approval first.
Dealership Users
What are dealership users?
There are two types of people in a dealer account.
Account owners:
The person who signs up for a dealer account is the account owner.
Dealership users:
The owner can choose to give his account’s access to other members too, which allows them to post ads and add clients on the dealership’s behalf. Such members who are given dealership account access are called dealership users.
How do I add a User?
- lick on Dealer’s Toolbox tab
- Click on the Users tab

- Click on the "Add User" button.
- Type the email address of the PakWheels member you wish to add
- Click Send
- The user who you invited will be sent an email with an activation link. When he/she clicks that link,
he will gain access to your dealership account.
Can I add a user who doesn’t have an account on PakWheels?
If you enter an email address of a user who is not currently registered with PakWheels, he/she will be first sent an invite to sign up. Once he/she registers, you can send an invite again to make him/her a dealership user.
What all can a dealership user do and not do?
A dealership user can:
- post an ad on behalf of the dealership
- edit/close ads that he/she has posted
- add/edit clients that he/she entered
- view other users in the dealership
- opt out of a dealership by deleting him/herself from the user list
A dealership user cannot:
- modify the dealer website’s color theme
- modify the dealer account owner’s settings
- add/delete a user
- edit/delete clients that someone else has added
- edit/close ads that he/she has not posted
Clients
How do I add a client?
- Click on the Dealer Toolbox main tab
- Click on Clients sub-tab
- 3. Click on "Add Client"

- Fill the form and press Submit.
How do I edit a client?
- Click on the Dealer Toolbox main tab
- Click on Clients sub-tab
- Click on the “pencil” icon in front of the entry you wish to edit.

- Modify the fields in the form and press Submit
How do I delete a client?
- Click on the Dealer Toolbox main tab
- Click on Clients sub-tab
- Click on the “trash can” icon in front of the entry you wish to delete
- You will be asked to confirm your action. Click OK
How do I search for a client?
- Click on the Dealer Toolbox main tab
- Click on Clients sub-tab
- Type in a keyword in the search bar (like a name, mobile phone, a comment etc)
- Press Search
Dealer Website
How do I make a dealer website?
We make the dealer website for you. If you wish to create a website, contact us at [email protected] and after the due transaction, we’ll set you up with a website in an instant.
Can I choose the web address / URL?
Yes, you can! You can choose any name you like and your website will be available at [your company name].pakwheels.com. You will have to mention this in the email you send us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Note: We have reserved some keywords for our own purposes so all addresses may not be available.
What ads will show up in my website?
All ads that you post at PakWheels.com under your dealer account will be visible on the dealer website.
However, ads that are closed or expired will not show up in your dealer website – only active ads will be available there.
How can users contact me?
Every car detail page has a text area that allows the user to send you a message. Also, your website will have a “Contact Us” section which users can use to contact you via email.
How can I change my contact information and company address?
You can change your contact information:
- Log into pakwheels.com
- Click on Dealer Toolbox tab
- Click on Settings sub-tab.
- Make your changes and press Submit.
How do I change my company logo?
- Log into pakwheels.com
- Click on Dealer Toolbox tab
- Click on Settings sub-tab.
- Upload a logo (format: JPG, PNG or GIF) and press Submit:
Can I change the color theme of my website?
Yes, you can. We offer a template editor that allows you to change the basic color theme of your site.
- Click on Dealer Toolbox tab.
- Click on Template Editor sub-tab.
- When the page opens, you will see a picture on the right with numbered circles. To change the color of those elements, find the corresponding number in the left column and choose a color.
- 4. You can choose a color by simply clicking the color picker icon. Click on the page again to close the color picker.
- Once you’ve finished choosing colors, press Submit.
- Visit your dealer website and observe the changes.
