Chevrolet Corvette (also known as Chevy Corvette) is an American two-door sports car manufactured and marketed under the GM marquee since 1953. It has eight generations, ranging from C1 to C8. Initially a lightweight, 6-cylinder convertible, it became popular as a supercar with the introduction of V8 engines, competitive chassis innovations, and a rear mid-engine layout.

Two new colors and interior options have been added to the Chevy Corvette in 2025. The two new exterior colors are Competition Yellow Tintcoat Metallic and Hysteria Purple Metallic. The two new interior options are Habenaro and blue stitching added to the black upholstery. Additionally, the new Z51 Performance Package also comprises a redesigned rear spoiler. Other cosmetics include an optional leather-wrapped steering wheel, and velocity yellow brake calipers are optional.  

Corvette Specifications 

The 2025 Chevy Corvette features a range of performance-oriented features and advanced technology that make it one of the most potent sports cars in its class. Its 6.2-liter V8 engine powers it. In standard trim, the Corvette produces around 495 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque (639 Nm). However, the Z51 performance package delivers up to 495 horsepower. The Chevrolet Corvette 2LT coupe is the high-level trim of the C8 Corvette. It comprises a 6.2l V8 engine (lt2 engine) that produces 490 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque (630 Nm). It has rear-wheel drive with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Its top speed is 194 mph ( 312 km/h). 

Regarding acceleration, the C8 Corvette can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds. Moreover, the Z06 model can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.6 to 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of more than 190 mph (305 km/h).

On the other hand, Corvette prices in the US start at around $69,995 (1.9 crore) and reach up to $88,745 (2.4 crore). 

Corvette Mileage

Chevrolet Corvette has a mileage of 5 km/l in the city and 6 km/l on the highway in Pakistan. It has a fuel tank capacity of 70l with a petrol engine and an automatic transmission. 

On the contrary, it has a mileage of 15 mpg ( 6.37 km/l) in the city, 27 mpg (11.48 km/l) on the highway, and 19 mpg (8.06 km/l |) combined. This means the car performs pretty well in terms of fuel efficiency for a high-performance sports car. When tested at a consistent 75 mph on the highway, it achieved 26 mpg (11.04 km/l), which is 1 mpg less than expected. For comparison, the previous generation of the Corvette (which had a front-engine layout) achieved 27 mpg (11.48 km/l) in the same test.
