Yeah, get rid of it bro and do it BEFORE the indus-revo hits the showrooms, cuz as soon as it hits the showroom the CBU Hilux prices would nose dive, who'd want to buy the CBU for the same money you get a better Lux under warranty and no-one has ever put his/her sweaty filthy hands all over the steering wheel

What is the difference between V-At and G-At?

'V' is now the top-of-the-line not the 'G'.
Specs on the 'G' are either not finalized or I don't have'em.. Can't say..
And there is 'talk' about a 'TRD' LIFTED version.. Gossip?.. Maybe, but I did 'read' TRD somewhere on paper.. SOMEWHERE

Reviews do help, but at times the hipe of something 'new' over shadows reality.. The new Lux got me all worked up when I first saw it and now that I see it more and more I realize it isn't without flaws. So, maybe it'd work for you bro, maybe not Makeup your mind after you see it yourself, not just reviews.

And no one has yet noticed the rear slide window?

yea i always makeup my mind when to get and we have made mistake like my dad booked the new Gli a/t at the time of launch, it was flopped after the launch and after tht i had to booked another corolla 1.6 Altis which is far better than Gli a/t.

Booking starts Mid-November, and do get one bro. Value for money looks good (at least for now). Comes with a lot of goodies. Did I mention Directional projector head lamps(auto), not just up and down, they turn sideways when you turn too

Rear Bumper/Step is lowered for easy access, but the good old days of buddies stepping on your rear wheel to get on in the back are long gone No plastic over fenders to protect your truck's paint..

Bro, the Gli A/T was a disaster, the first time I drove a Showroom new Gli A/T it felt like it was a hundred thousand km driven and that too on CNG. Tooooooooo weak, the thing just refused to move even on FULL PAON

But thats the Toyota-paradox, when something is in production it's criticized for being 'bad' in one way or the other, and once it goes out of production and something new rolls out: The new model takes it's place on the 'worse' list and the former is praised for being the best ever.

Take the Supra, when it rolled out and was in production everyone hated it for being 'slower' then the skyline in every way. Be that the track or the drag strip and once it went out of production and the smoother SC replaced it, everyone went nutts looking for old 2nd hand Supras.

The sames happens with Corollas and Hilux and everything Toyota has to offer, I remember, when the E140 rolled out it was hated for being too weird in one way or the other. And when the E170 rolled out people now say the E140 was the best corolla ever.

The same crowd who used to say the E140's 1.6L Gli had TOOO BIGGA ENGINE now complain the 1.3L Auto has TOO SMALLA ENGINE

I booked my new civic turbo on 20th June at the time it wasnt properly launched, those who got their civic early had too many quality issue so i kept waiting as i knew i wont be getting by Sept/Oct but got my car on 30th Oct. It has improved by 80% from first batch production so everytime there's new car coming i would wait for 2-3 months until i m satisfied.
Gli a/t is horrible car even my driver doesnt like to drive plus it's giving 8-9km/L fuel average.

Apart from sunroof. ..it has got every thing in the package. .. worth every penny! Awesome
