the data you show has MAF sucking 5 g/sec at idle which is a bit higher (maybe dying - need oscilloscope to test), but its somwhat proving that your system is airtight, however as rajatta mentioned - your o2 sensor is gone, you will need to replace that, it maybe bad wiring too, as its stuck at 0.0V - which means dead sensor.
Due to the bad primary o2 your total fuel trims are 41% (adding both short and long) - meaning the ECU is dumping 41% more fuel in the engine than required.
Start with checking the oxy sensor wiring first, clean it out and make sure there is no grease on the pins at all, the sensor actually breathes through the wires. If the wiring is clean and not damaged, replace the sensor with a brand new part, Again - do not buy a scrapped part as it wont work.
Driving in such condition will cause extreme rapid wear on the engine as the fuel will literally wash down the cylinders and piston/ring wear will occur at very fast rate. The excess fuel will destroy the engine oil too.
Once you fix everything and engine runs normal like factory tune - change engine oil.
