i have seen a lot of complaints on forum about shangrilla nathia gali ..
my relatives went to shangrilla murree few days back and they were v.happy with their stay!

You should spent 1 night @ lahore then leave for balakot and spent 1 night @ ptdc balakot.
Next days go to naran and visit lake saifulmalook and lalazar, night at naran. Next day visit till jalkhand if possible and night at shogran.
Next days visit sri & paya and night @ shogran.
Next days come back and stay somewhere @ nathaigali or murree and enjoy 2 days in galiyat and then start return journey

In murree it has been decided to stay in PC bhurban. Have yet to decide for lahore and Islamabad.
