Pathetic servis shoe shop customer care

Another fraud is being done by Service and Bata. They start upto 70% SALE and items which are available on sale are low quality items which are manufactured for discount sale purpose. You can hardly see regular items. I ask this question from a salesman of service shop. He informed that service import / manufacture low quality shoes from china for discount sale purpose.Both Bata & Service are cheating....

They never claimed they have high quality stuff imported from italy.

being my involvement in leather/shoe industry
i would rate hush puppies best in rough and tough type casual shoes in pakistan

urban sole for their perrie cardin range dress shoes , though they also have wide range of casuals and style wise they are ahead than hush puppies ( mostly they producing themselves with very high quality leathers but some of models they also importing for very high end market )

footlib they dont have many retails shops in pakistan as mainly doing exports to europe but their day to day use casuals like soft driver shoe type best in pakistan most comfortable and using very good leathers for that however they lack in dress type formal shoes they have one shop in gulburg lahore near ghalib market

servis shoes also doing good specially in export sales but their shoes also not bad but limited styles

bata pakistan dont have own manufacturing here in pakistan and mostly buy shoes from other manufactures under their brand name

primenylon they also mainly exporting but having 1 or 2 retail shops in lahore , having limited styles for targeting 35+ age men , they are also very good in making very soft semi casual shoes , using good quality leathers

First time I buy shoes in Pakistan, lol, I accidently went to servis shoes shop in H block dha Lahore. Bought a pair of shoes for $22/-. But I had to change color for whatever reasons. Barely wear shoes for 5 -10 minutes. I know these arn't dirty and but shop keeper refused to replace with another color. Got me upset to ruin my Roza. Big deal, I went to different shoe shop and bought another pair. Here we are giving food worth millions too poor people in Ramadan and some smart people can even replace a shoe next day. There isn't anything wrong with shoe, But for definite reasons not going to servis shoe shop again.

Would you purchase a pair of shoes for even $10 if worn by someone for 10minutes from a Service Outlet. Not a single shop on earth even in UK would refund a shoe even taken out on the roads for even 1 minute unless it is physically damaged or ripped. BTW how much is 20 dollars 20x103.43434=20xx. I went to service shop the other day next to chaman on mall road and could not even find a decent pair less than 7000. That is Pakland for us. European prices at desi maza.

Few years ago i bought scandals from Service with warranty. After few days use, the scandals broke and when i went to claim the warranty, the shop plainly refused saying that you have "Misused" the scandals. I never bough shoes from Service after that.

In case if you wanna know, people here care about money and business. Not the consumers. Which is why this "no exchange or no return" really exists here in the country.

Even if anything has some type of flaw. They don't care about.

If you have worn the shoes, you shouldn't be returning them. Its a mistake on your part. First of all, you made a bad bargain by buying something that you were not happy with. Mistakes happen but any reasonable person would not take the shoes back since they have been worn already. I am sure the guy at service isn't the owner. He is only following store policy which is not to accept any used returnables. Lets say, he had accepted the returned shoes, than what? He mightve gotten in trouble by the manager since he broke the rule. Shoes stores have carpet or marble floor for a reason. They want you to try the shoes on at the store and walk around and see if you are comfortable so you can make your mind. Once you are out of the store with your purchase, you should have no explanation as to why you want to return them

Welcome to planet earth. This happens everywhere not just in pakistan. In fact, its sad how Tommy Hilfiger has given its clothing contract to China instead of India and Bangladesh.

or i buy cheap daily wears from service
even after a years use, i have to give them away
(not because it gets in a bad shape, but because its time to change what u see daily)

Bought a cheetah joggers for 1200 from servis sale few days ago . Same design was for 2200 on the display before sale .

i don't know about servis shoes but i once bought dress shoes from starlet for something around 3k
Unfortunately for some reason they got ripped after 4/5 months..although warranty stated 3 months warranty period but i went back to the shop with receipt and they said that it had to go back to factory nd they will decide the fate since warranty period has expired so i had to chek back after 15 days and surprisingly they accepted the claim and asked to purchase anything from starlet for 3k (original price of shoes)
you cant say whole Pakistan is doing the same
