𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬

I came across a video clip and apparently Mr. Javed Afridi shared it on his personal social media pages. Here it is > https://fb.watch/6jayE4k8Rw/
The caption of the video is “MADE IN PAKISTAN EV”. The short video clip shows the assembly of a vehicle. This is for sure an amazing achievement.
BUT I noticed something and started digging about it. After just a 60 second search I found out that the video clip is actually from MG India and the facility shown in the video is actually a MG factory in Gujrat India and the video clip is about the first MG ZS EV assembly.
This is extremely disappointing and concerning that an important and reasonable, responsible individual like Afridi sahab didn’t investigate what he is sharing on his social media page which is followed by over 3 Million people.
We do know that MG local assembly line in under construction and we will have a CKD vehicles soon BUT sharing video not for the local facility and that too from “ India “ and captioning it “Made In Pakistan MG EV” is totally unacceptable, misleading and unethical.
Yes we do know that Indian and Pakistani public, their faces looks similar and are typical desi BUT this does not make sense for an India copied content and labeling it Pakistan.
Such an irresponsible interaction with public will ONLY put question mark and doubts in minds of public regarding MG's local operations. MG has been already point of extensive discussion for their underinvoicing issue as well as after sales service and support.
I hope Afridi sahab social media team remain more responsible and accurate what they share with public.
Please don't FOOL the NATION.
Good Luck MG PAKISTAN
