Mazda rx8 swap for a min 300 horses

Sir how about swapping a k24 or F20 in rx8?? I once saw a guy from Poland working on it. Engine was siting back nicely, the swap looked clean(no hanging wires etc) and if I remember correctly all his gauges were functional as well.
I know your car is best suited to have what it came from factory as the engineers working there are smarter then us

They are better then JZ's or v8's but still Rotary.
Gauges of rx8 can work by sniffing can bus.

rx8 gauges and interior bus are run off the center screen, engine ecu, ABS ecu and tcu etc. - thats why they are all left in place when swapping engines.

Wonder 3sfe swap rx8's with nothing working and people here prefer them over rotaries

F20 is way too old now. If the car didnt come with the original rotary then k20a-24 or 2zz is the best option. But purists here on pakwheels hate engine swaps. Still needs competent and knowledgeable mechanics to do the transplant. 4cylinders are still better than 2JAYZED AND 1YOUZEDS

If you cannot find mechanics or become a mechanic yourself for a rotary engine, then buy some other car. Find an old Supra and drive that. Or a Lancer evo etc.

assuming the car is a burger where you can change it from anday wala to chicken wala will result in massive holes in pockets - more like blackholes.

I am not recommending buying an rx8. What rwd car would you recommend for the Pakistani enthusiast that’s affordable ? E36 w202 jzx100?

E36 with 1jz/2jz is a good combination according to people here and is a good beginner car to start off with. An old E-class with a 1jzgte caught fire last month so....x100 mark ii are nearly impossible to find here and parts are very hard to find as well. X90 and X110 are more easier to find. A good jz swap with w58/r154 is very gooooooood. RX8 with its own 13b is good if one can maintain it, otherwise jz or uz swaps will ruin it completely unless you spend some more on suspension or handling modes but even then it won't be as balanced and a treat to handle.

I would rather put in a k24 or 2zz in the e36 than jayzed. Yeah the w124 that caught fire was sad. The jzx90 is possible. The jzx110 is also good but i have only seen automatics in pakistan. I really dont get the JZ hype. It cant be daily driven at all. The n/a has low power and still gets bad economy and the gte is just a fuel guzzler. I would rather put in a newer toyota diesel than the GE. The 1GD with r154 would be sweet actually. Truck like torque and better economy than most of the sedans

The 2jz ge is a drunkard too in the best of tune. Thats why toyota dropped it from production, it is extremely dirty emmssions and requires lots of rpm for some torque delivery.

The 1GR etc is much much better. But supremely expensive to buy and to repair.

The rotary is very dirty emmissions too but on a track an RX8 makes a miata look like an ape, its literally that good! The road manners it has is almost race car, the old rx7 was true spec track car though.
