I have a small room it needs 1ton. In my recent visit to market shopkeepers were saying that Gree and Haier are better amongst others. There were different models Gree fairy without wifi was quoted for 104k and pular for 90k. Similarly for Haier one model was for 80-82k and other one was 90-92k. Upon asking for dawlance, orient or kenwood most of shopkeepers told that they are similar from inside and have lower built quality than those two brands. Hence they weren’t recommending it.

Haier, gree are giving 4 Years pcb warranty...
With 10 years compressor warranty...

Dawlance 4 years pcb and 12 years compressor warranty...

I will suggest you to buy Haier AC..

in my opinion, there are only 2 categories, all in one category are kinda same
Tier I, Daikin. Mitsubishi electric, Ogeneral, Panasonic etc
Tier II, Orient, Haier, Kenwood, Gree, Panasonic (pel manufactured paki Panasonic), tcl, dawlance, enviro, Pel, Hyundai etc
I was in same dilemma about month ago, in 1 ton, at end got tcl t3 pro for 76.5k
(now same t3 pro costs 87.9k in market) official price is 89.9k, on daraz eid sale, 86.9k as for now

Assalamu Alaikum, even my suggestion in local brand is Haier but there top end model Puri Inverter 12hj 1 ton and 18hj 1.5 ton if you are living in area where max temperature is around 45 degree as its T1 compressor and if it goes above then there new model thunder inverter 12hpm , 18hpm coming with T3 compressor, best thing about above models are there electricity consumption, cooling etc. Gree Fairy Fith/1/2/3 model is better in cooling than Haier but less energy efficient.

This is a proper vacuum pump that pulls vacuum during installation. Sharing it here for reference. Gree team brought it when replacing coil of inner unit at my residence in Karachi. Unit was purchased in 2016.
Now it's running like new.

There are imported products. Look for coil cleaners on YouTube and Google.
These come in aerosol spray form. However could not find it in local markets.
Then got the cleaner in liquid form from a HVAC shop in Karachi opposite DOW medical college

As @nfsaad has pointed out your inner unit coil is getting choked due to blockage which must be cleared. Otherwise u bends leakage is bound to happen. Pressure wash and thorough cleaning out unit is needed without dismantling the unit

Gree team brought the same at my place when they were changing my ac in warranty. They were lazy though and wanted to go the purging route when i told them why dont they use the vacuum pump and they said ok we will do if u want.

i don't know why the authorised service dealor of Gree, Haier etc in our area said to me that specially for new ac its not required at all. he even said that we are installing more than 5 units daily and none of them has any fault whatsoever. I'm confused now, please explain is it really necessary to do so ?

Vacuuming is mandatory. Doesn't matter if it's brand-new.
Faults don't appear overnight. But rest assure, the moisture that gets mixed with refrigerant causes corrosion leading to sub par cooling initially and reducing the life of coils in the long run.
Inverter is expensive piece of equipment, you have to take a stand to protect your assets.

finally i found vacuum pump guy in Peshawar for my ken-wood 1820..mainay be kasam kahi ti k jab tak vacuum pump nehi milta i wont install my new ac... guys go for it .this ken-wood 1820 is awesome..very big outdoor and indoor unit. awesome cooling guys..thank u seniors for motivating me for vacuum pump otherwise maybe on dumb logo may shamil hojata who install new ac without vacuum pump...
