I am really disappointed from the TCL customer care response.
My TCL t3b inverter AC stopped working this winter season when I turned it ON for heat use. My unit was in warranty so I went to the dealer from whom I bought the unit, he referred me to the technician appointed by TCL in my local city.
Technician inspected the unit & said that the inner coil aka evaporator has numerous leaks & thus it needs to be replaced. He removed the unit, placed the warranty claim & demanded for the defected part @ 16-Dec-2021.
Now its been 3 months & I have called there customer care center numerous times, every single time the representative replies 'Sir we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience but the required part is not available in stock at the moment'.
That's ridiculous, I mean how come they don't have evaporator coil in stock when they are assembling the units locally.
Now thinking to raise the issue with the TCL Head Office in China, do you guys have any idea about their email address. Wanna mail them.
