I also need help regarding my parcel which i ordered on aliexpress almost 2 months ago. I already ordered many things on aliexpress but it never happened. I ordered 2 DSLR camera bags from aliexpress. The latest tracking update on 11-12-2017 shows that record item customs information in destination country by IMO Lahore. Can anyone help in this case how to get my parcel?

That’s why people use fedex or dhl .you pay more shipping fees but you don’t have to worry about the customs confiscating the product .

Hello! what happened with your package? did you receive it? Same happened to my like you i got my package but my mobile was missing from package and there is no detention latter or other receipt. and now custom asking me to provide computerized receipt and GPO asking me to visit custom from last week.

Salam my package arrived Pakistan on 25 th June 2018. And tracking is saying cleared by customs. And the item has departed to distribiton network? When will I recive the item?

Contact local post office ,get mobile number of local post man who delivers the letters to homes . If your package was stopped by custom it would had shown in status which is not the case .it just seems the lazy case of postman not delivering the package to your home .same happened with me just a month ago .
