Well I always use tohfay.com if you want to send from overseas to someone in Pakistan. Their service is very good and reliable. You can even send food vouchers even KFC..

I have used UPS, FedEx and DHL without any problems at all. Just make sure you are not sending something which is not allowed in Pakistan. UPS has very good service for international shipments, including preparation and submission of documents, if needed.

On a lighter note, you may want to consider healthier lunch choices.

Well it depends what you want to send. You can schedule a delivery., cakes can be send within 24 hour window. And in lahore Karachi Islamabad they are very quick. I have been using them for 3 years now. Very good service.. And reliable. Its already 28th. So book today and they will deliver. You can send cakes from high end bakeries of even hotels like Marriott,PC, Avari. Etc.. Check the listings and it will also mention how quick to within a city. In Lahore it will be good enough

Well if u dont want to use a credit card then how you will pay. Remember credit card payments are much secured. Like if even their is a fraud. You can file a claim and you get your credit back. for regular stuff use normal post office
they are the cheapest and u never get to pay "duties"

for cakes and flowers avoid tcs sentiments. on special occasions they disappoint. for example the idiots delivered a valentines bunch on 16th february instead of 14th
