it all depends upon luck and your hardwork. i know a man in our town who owned a double story poultry farm. on the other hand i also know a person who owned 150 australian cows and he had ordered 100 more and he had only 10 workers with all land on lease.!
Someone mentioned here about buying a couple of cars and giving on rent to NGOs/Offices. Will they also be responsible for maintenance and only pay you the rent for the car? Also how do you go about contact offices / NGOs who would be willing to rent cars from us?
Also most important, is it safe without them transferring the car on their names? In Pakistan one has to take all precautions :-p

the land on lease was probably around 45 acres. he also must have had app 2 acres of his own land for shed.
land rent would have been ~10 lacs per year at max.
pure friesian cow cost app ~3-4lacs. alternatively, he could have been using jersey cow which gives good milk production even in hot climate unlike friesian which needs low temperature (20-25 C and med/low humidity as well, which we dont have in punjab atleast)
My suggestion would be
1. Start a business you have knowledge of / or with someone who has enough knowledge
2. Start an online business.
3. Try to remain in the 'services' industry instead of manufacturing / production.
4. You need more ideas. go to smeda website where u will find many proposals
i myself own jersey cow. u just need to take good care of them thats all..and I am not suggesting him to this business on such a large scale. when we started we invested around 15 lakhs.and jersey cows cost maximum 200k to 270k. if anyone interested i can arrange them.milk capacity|(17-25 kg)
Safe ur half amount 10 Lakes.
Rest of thr 10 lakes u can use.
In mid of Punjab u can take a full Murabba of zameen on contract( Theeka) from 3 to 6 lakes.
People r ready to work with u.
Cultivate the suger cane, cotten or wheat.
After one year ur amount will be double and u will be earning halal .

2 Million is a good amount to start a business for me if i had that much 6 years ago what i done was to spend in export business
I am doing medical products buisness import export and manufacturing good profit i mean money can be doubled in a year if u work hard and that double money would be after enjoying all year travelling abroad nd lots of stuff but to start it you need to spend atleast 10 to 12 months but if u have spend em good u gona get all of them back with profit
