just download kat.ph one, it is portable and working fine. i tested that after sharing link here.

just copy the file in your games folder i.e., program files -> zuma and replace it with the original one. Works like a charm. Used it myself as well. If nothing works let me know and i will send you the complete setup + crack for it.
this is because the torrent u started downloading didnt have any seeds..try downloading one with seeds..
