Plaza market or sher shah in karachi. Price may vary from 1500 to 2500 rupees, complete with all fuses, bracket and lid. Japanese will have an ELD unit inside as well.

I am not from karachi but I have visited these places. This isn't a hard to find item you will easily get one.
I am coming to karachi tonight, would have brought one for you from here (Islamabad) if it had come to my knowledge beforehand.
Why do you need one and what's wrong with your own fuse box?

My civic fuse get heating and melting every month i have to change fuse rely of radiator fan and condenser fan rely... and eletration told me problem is fuse box change it

That's strange, have you ever tried to open/dismantle the fuse box for any reason. Fuse box is a sturdy assembly, filled with some sort of insulating paste, they normally don't behave like this.
I am sure there is a problem external to fuse box, check the hot wires leading towards the radiator and condensor fans.
Try to isolate the problem, this way you will easily figure out the problematic part.
Use only rated fuse, never install an overrated one and try to get the orginal one not some Chinese knockoff.

Today I bought fuse box on 1700rs from plaza market i am attaching the pics 1st pic on bought from plaza and 2nd pic is with my car fuse box... now tell me it will work on my car

You have attached three pictures
1. fuse box lid - JDM version, will fit both EG and EK civic
2. fuse box for EG civic won't work on EK
3. fuse box for EK civic - JDM version, will work on local EK

So you bought a wrong fuse for your car, please get it replaced.
The fuse box already installed in your car has an ELD unit which is normally available in JDMs and not in local ones, have you replaced the fuse box in the past as well?

No I didn't replaced in past i bought civic 8months ago so it comes with it

What engine is fitted there in the car?
Attach complete engine bay picture.
However in either case you have to replace the fuse box that you bought today.

So that's the reason your car has a JDM fuse box with an ELD unit.
As I said earlier you actually don't need to replace the fuse box, problem must be outside the fuse box, get your wiring checked carefully. However, if your electrician insists on replacing it, get it replaced but not with the one you have bought recently as this fuse box is from an older gen civic.
