Finally I have made my trip to Quetta Balochistan First Time

MASHAALLAH, looks an amazing adventure u had.Also tell us that did u had any chit chat with the locals their? How do they react to people from other cities? what were the hindrances they were dealing within their life? I always try to make these kind of conversations whenever i visit these kind of places

i have done this 3 times on jaffar express and then from quetta to Chaman by taxi...... only once i felt scared on the way back from chamman the taxi driver drop me at strange area, which i never been before... there were many old shape land cruisers and guys with big moctach looking at me.. i took the frist rikshaw i saw and went straight to the Christain hospital as my couisn have optical shop there.once i see him i feel relax.
rest both trips were awasome. i stayed at prince road hotels. much security there.

overall quetta is beautiful...

one time i went from FSD to KHI and then from karachi i took sada bahar coach. i was late to reach bus station, i called the booking office that i will be there in few min, all passengers were in bus already waitng for me, when driver see me i am punjabi he asked me do u have ID card i said yes for sure. driver said bhai ap ka ALLAh Nighayban. condactor told me last night there was problem on the road as well people checking buses. i ask him to let me get my Garam Chadar from bag i will sleep if some one come to check just wake me up. luky me i was really tired i slept in few minutes and he woke me up when we enter quetta.....

one thing i admit their buses are very comfortable and beautiful specialy SADA BAHAR DAEWOO . AC works much better than PIA planes.

Try going in Al Saif now. Executive class. It's way more comfortable.

i went in 2010... now i have to in october as some friends cming from USA to meet them. this time 2.0d car service will be fine..

Reading some comments, reminded me the movie "Wrong Turn". I think, discussion on "Punjabi" and "Balochi" type things could spoil this beautiful thread. We should focus on seeing beautiful Quetta and surroundings only. I shall request Amer Riaz to get pace to finish the thread..

punjabi and balochi are realities and these are the real time scenario which people has to encounter during their trips to balochistan.. so keeping in mind the awareness regarding the feirce situation of balochistan.. such issues should be shared and discussed so tht people can learn from experience of others who hav been there..

thank u for sharing ur experince and trip.. as another brother said i would also like to know abt ur experince with common people in the streets/public areas.. just to hav an idea tht how and what they feel for non-locals.. since i am also very much excited to hav a trip of balochistan.. looking forward to tht.. thanks..

I am sorry we couldn't go outside in Quetta except some kind of bazar from where we bought balochi chapals i will show you guys and Staff college quetta but i did not take any pics guys i am uploading the other pics now
