CG 125 conversion to cafe racer

Here's the goal: I wanna have the chassis painted dull gold and add a dull gold stripe on the tank and rear mud guard too.

Will be visiting the workshops near DHA area today to find some mechanics and denter painters. @sH3ikH told me about a denter but it would be difficult for me to follow up with that guy because of my official commitments. Wish me luck guys!

Also need your opinion about the denting painting work involved in the picture. Here's my take on the project (which might be wrong due to my non-experience):

1- I feel that it shouldn't be really difficult to form the tank into this shape since it's not a complicated shape.
2- I plan to get the chassis sand blasted first and then painted.
3- Handle bar seems to be a little more difficult

man m really sorry i couldnt get back to you. i lost your number and had a bike crash too thus couldnt pay much attention to other things. do gv me a call or text me ur number and i shall get back to you. i hv a few ideas for the tank of the first picture you have shared.. wnt be hard but then again the bike u shared in the pic is bigger then a 125.
thus hving a big tank and bigger tyres are supported by the engine size.. everything look proportional but on cg i doubt it would look good. still i hv ideas for you.

If you cant find a sandblaster you can use paint stripper.

Its better you powder coat but as you want a metallic color then go for good quality bake paint.

What do you think of reverse handlebars..... they are quite easy to make looks cool too

for all those in lahore who want to install HID or increase the intersity of their headlights can contact a guy near shah noor on multan road. he goes by name 'karachi wala ustad'. he has excellent electricians who can do pretty much anything with ur bike as far as lights are concerned. he has bigger batteries as well. i myself got a pair of fog lights installed from him a month ago. now when i switch on those two lights, along with my headlight i get a high visibility at night. he installed the fog lights for a total of rs.1000 (including labour), and he said that his price to install a bigger battery would be rs1500 (total including labour and battery). His work is neat and very professional. Dont expect the place to be very big, it actually looks like an ordinary shop, but his electricians are really good. dont get anything else done from him apart from electric work. his contact number is:

one thing that i would like to advice is that make sure u set the price final with him before he starts any kind of work on the bike and make it certain that u will not pay a penny over the agreed price and also try to bargain hard. i got my fog lights installed for rs.1000, but with better bargaining skills i think i could have gotten him to do it for atleast rs.800
