Sent my injectors to lahore for ultra sonic cleaning, can anyone tell me where can i find this 'O ring' ? it is placed between injector and engine, lost one

injectors are much better after cleaning, thanks @umar2606

Since i had lost one injector seperator , i used 2 'O' rings along with a bigger washer, uptil now they are working quite well AH

tank was dirty , so i got it serviced from inside and outside

i asked not to put any fuel in bottom, though it seemed fine...

since i need to have a precised voltage, i went for DMM.

I need help to mount this fuse box with correct wire check up, and need help. but its on hold currently

had to change 'kabuli' fuel filter came with the engine, fuel coming out of it was gray

So, now i need an expert opinion @xulfiqar and @ser_gtr
On started car, i was getting ~14 volts at the battery, almost same at this point (which i donot know what exactly is):

and almost same voltage on a wire which was coming of ignition, and got powered on switch on. While on circuit opening relay it was approx 1.5 volt less.

So i hooked B+ of Circiut opening relay with wire coming from ignition switch, and perfomance + pressure got much better.
ow my first question: Where is Main Relay located and exactly how does it function?

Plus i want to know how actually car electrical system works, i say many things under the cluster which were kind of unknown to me.

The EFI main is the relay that will send power to the injectors, idle control and o2 sensor heater. The circuit opening relay usually was bolted to the ECU in most cases

The big relay called main is the car body system main relay - sending power wherever is required, it is a 5 pin relay and grounds out all circuits when the relay is switched off. - Please note the grounds out part, it does not mean open circuit.

the 3 fan relays are used to make the fan run in 2 speeds, these relay switch them to parallel and in series, in parallel they run at full speed, in series they run at half speed. The toyota fan control relay input is always loss to ground (backwards relay) meaning it remains ON when you switch on the key - the fan does not run with relay on, When the engine warms up the relay is switched off and the fans run.

The reason they dont run with car off is because the relay called "main" switches off.

You Can Hook Your Relay EFI Main And BATT Connection Via 15A EFI Fuse

I Don't Think They Are Of Same.....The Condensor Fan Is Diff Than That Of Main Radiator Fan.....So As Amperage....

Making Them Run In Series Will Make Them Run Slow....On Parallel They Will Max Out Just Like You Connect Each Of Them Directly With Battery

Yup I was planning to run my fans at two speeds and the only thing stopping me was whether the two different fans can be connected in series or not.

You Can Always Bench Test Them...

Simply Connect And Check The Speed.....!

TOYOTA's Have Diff Fans For Condenser And Radiator...Some Fit Same...Depends On Setup...But That SPAL Type Fans Works Real GOOD For Condensor ..Thats Why You See Condenser Fan Design Diff Than Radiator Fan Design ..Condensor Fan Got More Blades

so, to control engine realated electricals, there are two relays available.
1. EFI Main which will control injectors ,o2 heater, and idle control
2.Engine Main.what will be its function?

i assume that both will trigger when 'Main Relay' is working(switch on)

Fans can run in two speeds, high and low. Which thing will decide that it should run on high(parallel) or low(series)? plus if AC is not on, then how come radiator fan run in series?

i couldn't find diagrams of EE80/Ae80/Ae82 . Do you have some?

i think that internal wiring of dash is of AE82 GT,clock,meter and fan controls are in orange plus bunch of EFI related wires(STA etc...) are available behind the dash, in front of passenger seat. On the back of dash, there is also a place to hook up ECU

the fans high speed (parallel) are controlled by a shared connection from the engine fan thermoswitch and the liquid line high pressure switch (old models had two separate low and high pressure switch - newer models had them in one switch with an oval black connector near the drier)

if either of them loses ground - the fans will run at full speed,

The low speed is exclusively operated by the AC function and is wired in parallel to the AC compressor wiring.

relay 3 takes the ac compressor clutch splice input, relay 2 and 1 are controlled by the coolant switch/ac pressure switch.

relay 3 contacts connect to the relay 2 contacts - relay 2 has the condenser fan on one of its contact legs, relay 1 has the radiator fan on one of its contact legs.
