in the same price you can get a same size plot in E-12 Islamabad... then why 25 kms from Islamabad.... and on top its a CDA sector.. and will always retain its value...

the value should have been half the price which they are claiming now... then yeah you can consider keeping it for an investment not living..

I don't think you can get a Kanal plot in 60 lacs in E12 sector. You can get maybe 10 marlas in that price.

Wikimapia - Let's describe the whole world!

this is the actual location on wikimapia Bahria town is claiming wrong place on their adds.

Is this correct? That is a totally different location to the one which was shown in their ads i.e. right in front of Park Enclave. Here in this map, Park enclave is just at the start of the road which leads to Bahria enclave. If this map is right, then this is the height of misrepresentation done by Bahria to fool people.

Thanks for the info guys, I also visited that place and what really pissed me off was the they advertised wrong place and it is very obvious that they are trying to make fool of people specially the one who are living abroad. The road is twisted and narrow and will be a nightmare to drive with heavy traffic if it ever reaches to the point where people start living there.

They overseas population would probably fall for it because of the name of Bahira Town. Also the price is almost same as of G-15 which to me is much better investment.

Park Enclave is perfect location but it is damn expensive...

In E-12 you can get a 14.24 Marla plot (40x80) in that price range. One kanal plot there would be 8 million+ easily. The 10 marla plots are around 4 million mark.

Yes, that's what I suspected. By the way since you visited the site, can you confirm that the wikimapia's map on Bahria Enclave's location is correct? Is it on the same road on which Park Enclave is located and that far from Park Enclave as shown in the map?

I visited the Site Yesterday ... There are some points one shud consider before buying sumthing in bahria enclave.

the Map is available at Site Office and engineer to guide you with all the area
Earth Work is in progress.
Boundary wall is complete

Now to guide you to some location .
You are goin towards Comsats on Park road . Take left on double road (kuri Road) after exact one kilometer take a right ( between the shops) that is actually kuri road very very small road only for one car. From that turn its 7-8 km to bahria enclave ( 7.8 km Approx if i m not wrong) . mean its around 9 km from park road ..

I think the way they are doin work , it will be completed in around 18 months ( as claimed by bahria) . but the major problem is the excess 8 km on a very small road which is not even straight , there are a lot of turns. there is no public transport , commercial area, bank and petrol pump . you either have to go to taramari or islamabd club side for bank and petrol pump.

I think bahria enclave will be ready to live in 2 years but with such things whcih i mentioned above no one is goin to live there, or atleast it needs 5-6 years to have all the facilities around bahria enclave.

now they have started enclave 2... it seems that there r few real estate [used to be praapeeteee deelarz] who r have purchased most of the land from BT and r now fixing the price using their cartel status... enclave1 is going ok.. there r atleast 2 families already residing there, a club is about to complete, roads r pretty much there, though i still don't like the approach especially in times of medical emergencies.., hotel building is in progress and there r 2 housing projects near to completion [both initiated by praapeetee deelarz]
