Wrong advice: my corolla 1.8cvti didn't face any issue like this upto babusar top so how can a civic do that. 1.8 don't face any issues while climbing like smaller engine car does.

Brother instead of any further hit and trial, I would suggest to visit some good garage in your city, or preferably, authorised Honda 3S Dealership, and have the issue sorted out after thorough investigation

And please have a look at your car's owners / users manual regarding recommended engine oil grades. As I believe the engine health is Great, I would recommend to start from the thinnest recommended engine oil grade, i.e. 0w-20 or 5w-20 or 5w-30 (whichever is mentioned in the manual) preferably after engine flush, and then stick with that grade.

The heat gauge should never climb if the car is driven under speed limits and under specified load.
What the OP is encountering is not normal.

I went all the way upto Hunza via Babusar top on my 14 year old civic. The heat gauge never moved from the usual position.

@OP check for air in the cooling system to begin with.

Under normal conditions temp stays a bit lower than in pic. Its normal if it falls in the range I've marked in pic.

Highroller my playa this isn't normal. I have seen 108C coolant temperature on my car and the guage still didn't move from the normal operating temperature position (shown on the guage when coolant reaches 75C). That means the temp has to rise significantly before the guage starts climbing.

Without knowing a million other factors like load on car, car maintenance history, fluid levels, air filter condition etc etc all self proclaimed Xperts jump in giving their 2 cents...
Also consider the fact that naran mey OP kis ko check kraye ga? The bars on temp guage is fine coz at this level his gasket won't be failing. Any higher is definately worrisome. Once he returns back he should get it checked. He can't be towing his car back from there.. I did advice him to check fluid levels.
He originally asked whether head gasket has anything to do with high temperatures.. no one answered that.. but started mentioning suppliers to buy from

The first wrong thing I noticed was that the OP has been using a thicker viscosity oil. Change the oil to the recommend one ASAP.

Whats's so insane about that. It's recommended to wash the radiator every time you wash the car specially in summer. There is a difference between washing and flushing. I am not talking about flushing. I am talking about washing it with a hose through the front grill. I had very similar problem and this solved it for me.

The front thing that gets all the dirt and bugs is condensor not radiator. You don't need to clean radiator at all. As far condensor is concerned you can clean it after like 3 years.
These things aren't recommended, they just create a placebo effect.

Please check the amps drawn by the radiator motor.
