Wheels First, Car Later – Toyota Legender Owner Review

1 1,410

We reviewed a Toyota Legender, which looks like more of a monster truck than an SUV. Let’s check out what Rana (the owner) has to offer PakWheelers today in the owner’s story.

Make and Model

It was a Toyota Fortuner Legender from 2022 in stock condition with almost no modifications except the tires. Rana was basically inspired by monster trucks, and he opted for the same theme by putting on big tires with the same Fortuner Legender 4×4 trim.

Modifications

Previously, the genuine tires were 18 inches, which Zain transformed into 22 inches. That too, rear with a size of 305 and front 265 from the brands of Continental and Pirelli, respectively.

However, Rana put these bigger tires while going to Auto shows or events only as they restrict the overall movement and turning radius of the car while affecting its mud flaps and gliding.

Interior

Overall, the interior is the same, shared Rana. However, a GR carbon fiber kit was imported from Thailand to add a color edge. It followed minor modifications in the pedal shifter, visors, roof lining, and pillars.

Fuel average

Changing tires has reduced the fuel average from 11.5 km/L to 9.5 km/L. But the style overshadows these minor compromises.
