Honda Civic 2022 Launch Date CONFIRMED!
Rejoice dear Honda Civic 2022 fans as the company, Honda Atlas, has announced the launch of the new sedan. In a social media post, the company announced: “Get ready to be amazed by the all new Honda Civic.”
As per the company, the company is going to hold a digital launch of the car on March 4th, 2022 at 7:00pm. “To participate in the live event, visit our official YouTube and Facebook pages,” the company announced.
Meanwhile, we have already told you about the price, variants and booking details of the car. According to a notification, the prices of the new sedan are as follows:
- Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo M-CVT: Rs. 5,099,000
- Honda Civic Oriel 1.5L Turbo M-CVT: Rs. 5,399,000
- Honda Civic RS 1.5L Turbo LL-CVT: Rs. 6,149,000
Booking Prices
The previous booking price for all Honda Civic variants was Rs. 1.2 million; however, the company has reduced the first two variants. And the new rates are:
- Honda Civic 1.5 L Turbo M-CVT – Rs. 1,100,000
- Honda Civic Oriel 1.5 L Turbo M-CVT – Rs. 1,100,000
- Honda Civic RS 1.5L Turbo LL-CVT – Rs. 1,200,000
It means you can book the new Honda Civic 2022 at reduced prices, which is a good step by the company. Honda Atlas is launching the Civic after 11 months of international launch, a commendable effort. Furthermore, the company is offering safety features like “Honda Sensing” to keep the car owners and others safe on the roads. There is also feature like “Laser Brazing Roof” which will provide a seamless and protective roof.
Moreover, after the recent price hike of Kia cars, the new Civic prices have become more competitive and it will be good for the local market. The consumers will now have more options in almost similar price range as they can buy a sedan as well as a crossover.

This thing will be booked by all the scalpers as soon as it comes out and almost everyone will get the cars from them at extreme own/premium. Judging from it’s popularity, I think a scalper price of close to or above 80 lacs might not be an unreasonable assumption.
