In an unexpected turn of weather, a powerful hailstorm hit Islamabad and Rawalpindi, leaving behind a trail of damage that has left many residents shaken. The storm came without much warning, battering cars with large hailstones and causing widespread damage to vehicles parked across the twin cities.
From shattered windshields to dented doors and paint scratches, the aftermath has been hard to miss. For many car owners, especially those who rely on their vehicles daily, the sudden damage is not just frustrating – it’s a genuine concern. But here’s where the story takes a more hopeful turn.

So if your vehicle bore the brunt of yesterday’s storm, don’t wait. Head to your nearest Changan dealership and take advantage of this timely offer. Because sometimes, the road to recovery starts with a little support – and a lot of care.
I’ve been through it in 2018 with my new Suzuki Ciaz back then. Took my car to various workshops, denters in Islamabad and Lahore. Some said the whole car will be repainted, others claiming they’ll fix most of the dents except which are on the car pillars. Repainted car would lower its value 50% or more even though it is not accidented.
Eventually I gave the car back to insurance company claiming for a new one but that didn’t happen though I suppose it was comprehensive insurance. Lost 5 months of rental installments paid to bank alfalah. Insurance companies are also a hassle when it comes to these situations as of what we experienced with Alflah insurance.
