Peugeot 3008 is a potential entrant in the local segment of Crossover Compact SUVs. So, we decided to compare this vehicle with the dominant player of this category, KIA Sportage. This article will compare the 2020 facelift of Peugeot 3008 with the All Wheel Drive (AWD) variant of Sportage.
The most important thing regarding these two cars is that both are products of Lucky Motors. One is a collaboration with Peugeot (French), while the other was launched in partnership with KIA Motors (South Korean).

The SUV by Peugeot has a Length of 4450mm, a Width of 1840mm and 1620mm of Height with 2675mm of Wheelbase. In Comparison, Sportage is 4485mm Long, 1855mm wide and 1635mm High with a 2670mm Wheelbase. Both vehicles have a 6-Speed Automatic Transmission, making them equal in this regard. Lastly, 3008 is Front Wheel Drive (FWD), while Sportage has All Wheel Drive (AWD) drivetrain.

If we talk about the common safety features, they are Rear View Camera and Parking Sensors, Hill Start Assist and ABS + Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) + Emergency Stability Program (ESP).

The price of Peugeot has not been announced as yet, while the current rate of KIA Sportage is Rs5,650,000.
Peugeot 3008 is only a crossover without AWD where Kia Sportage is a SUV with AWD.
