I can't really make it out from the photos, but I'm guessing it's the 1.9. As of this moment, i don't think I could call it a classic. Among Peugeot aficionados however, definitely! This, the 106 Rallye, and the 306 rallye all are destined for "classic-hood", but in a few years when all the good ones are rotted away. If someone is interested, one whould buy one now when prices are really really low. At the very least, you'll enjoy the on-the-edge handling and fairly sprightly performance. Parts are relatively inexpensive as well, since it hasn't got a bespoke engine or anything. It's just a big saloon car engine in a small hatchback. I've never had a proper go in one. Here in France, all the ones that are for sale have more miles than the Lunar Space Module
