Just actually which crossovers have you in mind (keeping in view that HRV is 1500 cc). So which other crossovers are you considering?
And yes HRV was heavily overpriced , no doubt about it and Honda is also famous for overpricing and cost cutting by removing items. Honda spare parts are more expensive, its cars are more expensive and their maintenance is more expensive as compared to Toyota and this has always been the case
And how are you judging sound insulation from ? HRV is a very quite car. Drive one to know one. And also I have never even once criticized Cross regarding the INTERNAL SOUND, NOR THE BELLS AND WHISTLE, NOR THE FUEL MILEAGE , NOR THE ENGINE POWER, and people here talk like I have done all the above things. I have just mentioned the INTERNAL SPACING OF THE CAR AND THATS ALL !!!!!!!!! .
you guys should all step back , take a breather and then read my comments instead of arguing and giving statements about which I have not discussed in my details.
Regarding build quality, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the build quality of HRV and there you are mistaken totally. Also explain to me by what criteria are you judging "Build Quality" from ?
And you are saying that I am comparing Altis to HRV which is more responsive etc, and just where have I compared Altis to HRV ? I just mentioned the seat design of Altis which is bucket type and not congenial for seating of 3 persons, and even the people of Toyota Township admitted this point to me. I had gone to purchase Altis but my children refused due to the seats.
Just read what I have written in my detail.
Regarding BRV the front seats are just fine, I have been driving it for 4 years and no problems as yet. Yes the rear seats are a bit hard which you can correct by upholstry but my children haven't complained and most people haven't touched them.
The best selling car nowadays is most probably alto. Also mehran remained best seller at its time. This doesn't mean that its the best , it just means that at a specific time people are considering it more. Right now people are looking at the name of toyota and hybrid and that is why the cross is selling. Tell me how the other cars are selling ? Because the sales are low it means that they are a flop too? They may have low sales but I think that you guys should stop giving Fatwa of Flop to this or that car.
Regarding BRV , in its price range, can you suggest any other car with the same level of power, seating arrangement, fuel economy etc, ? Nobody can, as there is no other car / crossover.
As by your name I think that you are a car dealer and now adays car dealers are facing problem selling HRV and you must be facing the same.
Tell you what , by all this discussion you have convinced me that HRV is a flop car, please offer your mobile no. and I will send to you my HRV for selling off.
